To verify your identity and secure your account via OTP.
To process and fulfill food orders placed through the platform.
To enable communication between the user, the restaurant, and the delivery courier.
To improve our application performance and user interface.

We leverage industry-leading infrastructure to secure your data. Your information may be processed by:

Google Firebase: Used for secure cloud database management and infrastructure.
Mapbox: Used for map rendering and geocoding delivery addresses.
OTPIQ: Our authorized SMS gateway for secure account verification.

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us. Users have the right to request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting our support team.

While CCDelivery operates primarily in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, our service providers (like Google) may store data on servers located outside of your home country. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
